Call of Duty | Warzone

Call of Duty’s free combat arena, Warzone launches tomorrow with two gamemodes: Plunder and Battle Royale with up to 150 other players on an all-new map, Verdansk which takes inspirations and assets from existing Call of Duty maps.

In Battle Royale, fight to be the last squad standing while escaping the deadly gas in the swiftly closing circle with up to 150 players.

In Plunder, the race is on to collect the most in-match Cash by looting across the map, taking down enemies to steal their Cash, and completing in-match Contracts.

Warzone takes place in Verdansk, an expansive city with multiple named zones and well over 300 points of interest. Each zone features distinct landmarks like the Gorengard Lumber Yard or the Gora Dam; the zones take place across different environment types like cities and rural areas for unique engagements. Change up your drop location in each match to get a better lay of the land and take advantage of what Verdansk has to offer.

Call of Duty Warzone will be available tomorrow on all platforms, owners of the Modern Warfare will have a 4 hour early-access starting at 8 AM PST tomorrow and everyone else will have access at 12 PM PST.

Owners of Modern Warfare will have to download between 15-30 GB of data for Warzone while players without will have to download between 80-100 GB of data.

Also owners of Modern Warfare will have all their cosmetics available in Warzone for customization.

Call of Duty: Warzone shares Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s crossplay and unified progression. For players that already own the full version of Modern Warfare, all content already earned including Battle Pass items, Operators, weapons and customization items will carry over to Warzone, and all progression earned in Warzone will counts toward overall Modern Warfare progressionFor players who do not own the full version of Modern Warfare, all progress and items they’ve earned in Warzone will be rewarded across Multiplayer and Special Ops in Modern Warfare, should they ever choose to purchase it.

Call of Duty | Mobile

Activision has announced their brand new free to play mobile game, Call of Duty Mobile on both Android and iOS that will be releasing globally soon.

Are you ready to experience intense firefights across iconic Call of Duty maps like Nuketown, Crash, and Hijacked on your mobile device? Want to play Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, Free-for-All, and other fan-favorite gameplay modes while you’re on the go?

Call of Duty Mobile will include multiple PVP gamemodes such as TDM, S&D, Free for All and many more. Call of Duty Mobile is developed in collaboration with Tencent by Timi Studio Group whom are responsible for Arena of Valor.

Pre-registration for the game is now open in select regions, including North America, South America, Europe, and other territories. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 | Blackout Free Trial

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4‘s Blackout Battle Royale Gamemode is currently free to play until January 24th on all platforms.

The Blackout Free Trial includes:

  • Access only to the Blackout battle royale mode
  • All progression saved and transferred for those who upgrade to the full version of Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4
  • Matchmaking with all Blackout players
  • All the latest Blackout map updates, including the Hijacked drop zone
  • PlayStation®Plus not required for Free Trial (subscription required for certain elements of full game)

Destiny 2 | Free on PC until November 18th

The base game of Destiny 2 is currently free for PC on Battle.net. Players can redeem their free copy of Destiny 2 anytime before November 18th. This is forever to keep and isn’t just a time limited trial. The game can be redeemed here.

Bungie is also rewarding existing owners of Destiny 2 PC. Those who already purchased the game on Battle.net will be eligible to receive an exclusive gift of their own: a special in-game emblem marking the game’s anniversary that will be available in December.

 

 

 

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 | Blackout PC Beta

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout Battle Royale Mode is currently in Open Beta for PC. The Open Beta will last until Monday, Sept. 17th and is only available through Battle.net.

The Open Beta is also available on PlayStation and Xbox until the 17th at 10AM PT.

Call of Duty: WWII | Covert Storm Community Event

An all new event, Covert Storm has begun today for Call of Duty: WWII and will last until September 25th.

In this event, there will be 3 new weapons being introduced into the game: AS-44, Proto X-1 and the VMG 1927 plus new animated camos and a new commando division allowing players to throw a tactical insertion then respawn into the game. During the duration of the event, there will be a community challenge to earn exclusive rewards. Everything except the community challenge will remain in the game after the event has concluded.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 | PC Open Beta

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4‘s Weekend 2 Private Beta is currently live for Playstation, Xbox and PC which will end on August 13th at 10 AM. In order to get into the Private Beta for Playstation and Xbox, players would have to pre-order the game, get lucky in code giveaways by Activision on social media and other new sites or be an Xfinity internet customer which is giving out codes here.

Luckily, there is a PC Open Beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 tomorrow starting at 10AM and ending on August 13th at 10 AM.

The Beta includes 4 maps: Playload, Contraband, Seaside and Frequency that can be played in these game modes: TDM, Control, Domination and Search & Destroy.

Call of Duty: WW2 | Operation: Shamrock & Awe Event

Call of Duty: WW2‘s Operation: Shamrock & Awe Event starts today and last until April 3rd on all platforms.

In Operation: Shamrock & Awe, players will get to experience all new St. Patrick’s themed gear as in weapon charms, weapon variants, weapon camos, reticles and character cosmetics, weapons and a new featured game mode. The Event also launches with an update to the game where the MG81 LMG and M-38 SMG have been added to the game alongside the Shipment 1944 map exclusively for Season Pass holders until March 16th.

The featured Gamemode that will last for the duration of this event is the Leprechaun Hunt Moshpit where players will be playing TDM, Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed and Domination game mode with a hidden zombie leprechaun hiding in each game. Finding and killing the Leprechaun will reward full scorestreaks to the player.

Call Of Duty: WWII – Multiplayer Open Beta is Live

Call Of Duty: WWII’s PC Multiplayer Open Beta is now live until Oct. 2nd. The Multiplayer will consist of 4 maps: Pointe du Hoc, Ardennes, Gibraltar, and Aachen in Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Kill Confirmed gamemodes. The Multiplayer Beta also consist of the new War mode on Operation Breakout.
